Arsenal Technical High School is excited to announce the hiring of Tiffany Bailey as the new Head Coach of the Girls' Flag Football program. A proud Arsenal Tech alumna from the Class of 2002, Coach Bailey returns home with a proven track record of building successful programs and developing student-athletes both on and off the field. Coach Bailey founded and led the first-ever Girls' Flag Football program at Believe Circle City High School, guiding the team to a sectional appearance in its inaugural season and earning statewide recognition for her leadership. With extensive coaching experience in flag football, track and field, and volleyball, she brings a championship mindset centered on discipline, accountability, teamwork, and excellence. Holding both a USA Football Advanced Flag License and Certified Interscholastic Coach (CIC) credential, Coach Bailey is committed to growing the sport, empowering young women, and creating opportunities for student-athletes to succeed academically, athletically, and in life. The Arsenal Tech community is excited to welcome Coach Bailey home as she leads the Titans into a new era of Girls' Flag Football.
